Why it matters
SiPhox keeps it on the women's hormone set. On a Tasso+ SST it is available; interpreting it still belongs with cycle day or hormone therapy context.
When it reads low
A lower progesterone is expected in the follicular phase, in men, and after menopause. In the mid-luteal window it can mark a weaker ovulation.
When it reads high
A higher progesterone is expected after ovulation or with some hormone therapies. Unexpected elevations need a clinical look at timing and supplements.
Questions for a clinician
01
What cycle day or hormone protocol was this drawn on?
02
Is this a luteal-phase check or a random screen?
03
Would a timed redraw be more useful than this value?
