What is open today?+
Essential and Complete reservations are open for the Utah Valley founding pilot. Ordering and payment remain disabled until the selected vendor, laboratory, collection method and exact marker menu are approved.
Is collection available at home or at the clinic?+
Both are planned. The exact device, number of devices and collection instructions must be validated for each offered marker before either workflow opens.
Where will I see results?+
At launch, clinician-released reports, marker trends and approved next steps will live in your protected BaselineDX account. A selected vendor portal may remain a temporary laboratory-specific fallback while its native data connection is completed.
Does BaselineDX give medical advice?+
BaselineDX can organize results and clinician-reviewed recommendations, but it does not diagnose or prescribe. The laboratory report remains the source of record, and individualized treatment decisions belong with a qualified clinician.
