The public promise today is the pilot list. These answers stay honest until laboratory and clinic validation is written down.
What is open today?+
The Utah Valley pilot list and sample dashboard are open. Ordering and payment remain disabled until the selected vendor, laboratory, collection method, marker menu and final price are approved.
Is collection available at home or at the clinic?+
Essential uses two Tasso+ upper-arm devices at the clinic or shipped home. Complete is a venous clinic draw because insulin, CBC, and the Shoemaker markers cannot mail back.
Where will I see results?+
The initial pilot will use the selected vendor’s secure patient portal. BaselineDX’s dashboard currently demonstrates the desired information architecture with synthetic data only.
Does BaselineDX give medical advice?+
No. The laboratory report remains the source of record, and diagnosis or treatment decisions belong with a qualified clinician. BaselineDX helps organize results and questions for review.
When does ordering open?+
After the laboratory menu, collection workflow, clinic operating owner and final prices are written down. Join the pilot list and those details arrive before anyone asks you to pay.
Can I use HSA or FSA today?+
HSA/FSA payment is under review. We will not claim eligibility for any panel until that review is written. No partner name appears on this site until then.
Is there a subscription?+
Yes. Baseline Membership is quarterly or semi-annual: 10% off every Essential or Complete draw, and 10% off clinician-approved supplements when that shop opens. One-time panels stay available. Payment is not collected until ordering opens.
How do I get help?+
Email partners@baselinedx.com for logistics only. Do not include medical details. If a result later needs urgent clinical attention, the partner clinic calls you directly.
Will you bill my insurance?+
No. The Utah Valley pilot is cash-pay. BaselineDX will not submit a claim, run an eligibility check, or bill a health plan. HSA/FSA reimbursement is a separate review and is not claimed today.
Is BaselineDX HIPAA certified?+
No. There is no federal HIPAA certification. The public site stores only name, email, panel preference, and collection preference. If you later test with Dr. Porter, clinical records stay in the clinic chart and laboratory portal. Do not send medical details to partners@baselinedx.com.
