The BaselineDX website, biomarker library, sample dashboard and marketing materials are general educational information. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan or substitute for care from a qualified clinician who understands your history.
Sample and estimated content
Dashboard values are clearly labeled demo data and do not belong to a real patient. Marker counts, panel contents, collection requirements and turnaround remain estimates until the contracted laboratory confirms the final validated menu.
Laboratory results
A result can be affected by collection quality, timing, fasting status, medications, supplements, illness and laboratory methodology. Reference ranges and flags do not by themselves establish a diagnosis. The contracted laboratory report will remain the source of record.
Clinical review
The planned pilot gives Dr. Porter’s clinic visibility into the results workflow, but no website statement guarantees a particular diagnosis, treatment or outcome. Clinical decisions belong to the ordering and treating professionals based on the full patient context.
