Dr. Porter · Utah Valley pilot
A simple collection experience, secure laboratory report and clinic workflow with a clear owner at every handoff.
Patient experience
The pilot keeps the consumer experience concise while preserving the ordering, laboratory and clinical review boundaries that make blood testing trustworthy.

Share a panel and collection preference. Ordering opens only after the laboratory menu, device and final pricing are validated.
02
Use the validated collection method with clear instructions, labeling and a defined recollection policy. The final device is still being selected.
03
The selected vendor workflow must show kit, shipping, laboratory and results status without putting clinical details in ordinary email.
04
Use the selected vendor’s secure portal for the laboratory report, then bring questions to Dr. Porter’s clinic for clinical context.
Provider experience
This is the operating model the clinic portal must support. The live portal and final permissions remain subject to vendor demonstration, data review and clinic sign-off.
Clinical boundary
Email can carry order notifications, but not biomarker results, diagnoses or patient clinical details. The laboratory report remains the source of record.
Pilot discipline
Final laboratory terms, clinical SOPs and end-to-end test orders are launch gates—not details to solve after the first patient pays.
